It is widely understood that the human body needs probiotics. Since the invention of refrigerators, the consumption of acidified foods has dropped, and people frequently do not get enough probiotics needed for the intestinal microflora from their regular food. The gut has 70% of the immune cells of the human body. Beneficial bacteria found in the intestine, known as probiotics, help these critical immune cells to function.
Probiotics help regulate digestion so that the body gets the most nutrients from food and supplements, stays healthy, and is prepared to deal with the most dangerous situations. The ratio of good to harmful bacteria must be 85:15 to ensure strong immunity. Maintaining this ratio requires using high-quality probiotics.

Using the supplement
It is recommended that adults and children take 1-2 capsules daily, 40 minutes before or 2 hours after a meal with water. Dr. OHHIRA® probiotics are suitable for people of all ages and also pets. For children under three years of age, it is recommended to squeeze out the contents of the capsule (risk of suffocation). 60 capsules.
Beneficial synergy with ME-3 capsules
These probiotics are complementary to ME-3 probiotics because they contain different bacterial strains and have different effects. We recommend using them alternately for a few months: one month for ME-3, then Dr. Ohhira, and then ME-3 again.
