I have suffered from atopic dermatitis for over 10 years now, mostly on my hands. Currently, being at home with my baby, it's not possible to reduce the amount of contact my hands have with water; rather the opposite is true, as my skin is constantly in contact with one of its biggest irritants. Additionally, there is no room for hand cream, and as a result, my skin is especially irritated and reddened. I was pleasantly surprised when I tried LUMI's new soothing and deeply moisturising cream; the skin's protective power increased significantly, the painful itching subsided, and moisture was retained longer in the skin. No other cream has worked so quickly and effectively for me, and I have more than 10 years of experience with them! I am definitely a fan and highly recommend it. Well done!

Please pass on my regards to your formulator(s), because this is a superb product. The skincare market is so saturated with hundreds of products for every need, and many deliver results but never to the extent of this one. I am pleased LUMI has managed to cut through the noise – you have earned yourself another loyal customer.

My son has a mild form of dermatitis, but even that is painful for a 4-year-old. It started several years ago. In the meantime, I have bought various creams, oils, and gels. I would put a cream on him in the evening and 10 minutes later he would be scratching himself. He would cry and scratch at night, unable to sleep. Since I have used LUMI creams myself before, I remembered them and came once more to see what was available. I ordered this cream based on the recommendations. It was the best decision - this is the first cream that works. For the first 3 days, I applied cream in the morning and evening, then switched to just the evening as my son did not need any more than that. His skin is completely different to the eye and to the touch. We will definitely continue to use it and recommend it to others. It helps! 🙂

I ordered the product to try it. I waited a long time because let's be honest, the price is expensive. I was very skeptical because the cream has a peculiar smell, which the ones from the pharmacy do not have. I applied it to my 1.5-year-old son's neck and armpits, where he often gets dermatitis. Suspiciously, he scratched himself as soon as he added the cream. Was there a fear that there might be some kind of reaction? Funnily enough, he himself also wanted to apply this cream to himself - after all, he felt that it would help 🙂 In the morning, I saw that my legs were completely soft and the roughness was gone. The red spots on the neck and hands are gone. No scratching! No redness! No rough skin! Mom happy, baby happy! Great product!

I have had sensitive skin all my life, but things got especially crazy during early spring when various life changes and moving back to the Estonian climate brought out atopic dermatitis very strongly again. I couldn't use any products because everything made me itch and sting. However, without the cream, my skin became dry and in turn, increased the feeling of discomfort. LUMI offered me the opportunity to test their new Bio-Klinik face and body cream. I rubbed the creams on both hands and body. What a relief it was to discover that the cream is absolutely non-irritating, soothing, moisturizing, and leaves a wonderful silky feeling. I also took probiotics at the same time and got my skin back pretty quickly. I now use it daily, and the need for a hormonal treatment cream has practically ceased to exist.

I use Bio-Klinik face cream on the drier areas of my face - cheeks and around the eyes. I am very satisfied with the cream, it is pleasant to apply, and the skin feels pleasantly moisturized throughout the day (my skin does not itch or feel dry). The cream absorbs very well, which allows you to apply sunscreen and foundation without any problems. I have tried different creams, but LUMI products work the best. Definitely recommend!

A cream that I am really happy with! Every winter I have an uphill battle with my face skin because it simply cannot stand our climate – dry in one place, red in another... In short, a complete disaster. However, with the help of this cream, I have got the situation under control – there is no more redness, and the fight against dryness is quite successful. If the extremely dry air is still too much at work, I use LUMI hyaluronic acid mask on more problematic areas, which works instantly. I have tried various drugstore cosmetics recommended by dermatologists and beauticians, but LUMI creams work best for me.

I have constantly had problems with my skin suddenly breaking out in a rash that makes my skin red, dry and scaly. Not all face creams can be applied to the skin at this time, because they sting a lot. When using Bio-klinik's face cream, the scaly skin does not sting at all, and it seems that the rash recedes faster than when using old creams. I am very satisfied with this cream and will definitely continue to use it.

Usage
