With floral water Your face will blossom with love!

Wild roses are ancient teachers in the area of love, in addition to their skin-care benefits. Their silky petals with delicate scent and amazing colour stimulate the mind and open your heart. But how can a simple flower do so? It is all thanks to a long history and the power of nature stored in it – fossilized wild roses leave their mark even forty million years later.

In legends and ancient mythology, wild rose symbolizes perseverance, vitality, bitter love and, of course, beauty. Wild roses were also regarded a symbol of life by indigenous peoples in North America, who believed that wild roses kept ghostly spirits away.

In Europe, the ancient Romans were particularly fond of roses. They sprinkled rose petals at public ceremonies, drank rose water, and ate rose pudding. Roses were so valued in the 17th century that European royal families considered them barter goods. Rose is also very important in Islamic cultures, and it is often used to scent garments.

Wild rose is also considered a powerful plant in Estonia. 15 species of wild roses are known to grow in Estonia, most of which are rare or grow only on islands and in Western Estonia. It was believed that lightning would not touch the farm if wild rose and rowan were planted in the a yard or by a gate.
