When caring for acne-prone skin, it’s often forgotten that balancing skin moisture is as important to healing the skin as reducing oiliness and inflammation. Problematic symptoms are often caused by cornification (hardening into horn-like tissue) of the skin and excess oil, which both contribute to clogged pores.

TUNDRA AHA-BHA Moisturising Cream’s unique, natural approach combats skin problems in two steps. Firstly, a specially curated AHA-BHA acid blend (salicylic, lactic, malic, glycolic, and citric acid) helps reduce and prevent blockages. Secondly, antioxidants, vitamins, and fatty acids from vegetable oils increase the skin’s defences. As a result, skin redness and excessive sebum secretion is reduced. Balanced skin is better able to protect itself from stressors and stays radiant, nourished, and moisturised!

• White willow extract is a unique source of natural salicylic acid and one of
  the most widely used compounds in the treatment of acne-prone facial skin.
  Salicylic acid reduces fat production and has an exfoliating effect.
• Rosemary extract contains antioxidant phenolic compounds, which also
  provide anti-inflammatory effects. Rosemary also gives LUMI Tundra series
  products their characteristic delicate and soothing scent.
• Organic anti-acne complex – a unique blend of Copaifera officinalis (balsam
  copaiba) resin from the Amazon rainforest, Carapa guianensis (andiroba)
  seed oil, and Euterpe oleracea (açaí palm) pulp oil. Studies have shown that
  after 48 consecutive days of use, the complex reduces the incidence of acne
  lesions by up to 42.9%. The complex’s effects are noticeable after just three
  weeks of use.
• Hemp oil is rich in linoleic acid, which helps reduce skin keratinization and
  clogged pores. It also contains gamma-linolenic acid, which has a soothing
  effect on skin.
• Cellulose and myristyl myristate are natural skin mattifiers. They absorb
  excess oil and prevent skin from shining.
• Natural fruit acid complex – a multifunctional blend containing alpha-hydroxy
  acids (AHAs). The main function of AHAs lies in their keratinolytic ability; they
  weaken the connections between dead skin cells, causing them to peel off,
  resulting in a fresher look and fewer clogged pores.
• Panthenol soothes irritated skin, restoring its natural balance.

Usage

Massage TUNDRA AHA-BHA Moisturising Cream into clean, damp facial skin as part of your regular morning and/or evening skincare routine. We recommend using the moisturiser twice a day when trying to repair skin’s moisture balance. After skin is restored, feel free to use the cream once or twice a day, depending on your personal preference.

Do not use TUNDRA AHA-BHA Moisturising Cream alongside prescribed or over-the-counter medication (either oral or topical) containing retinol or its derivatives. Though the mild concentration of acids in the moisturising cream is suitable for everyday use, we would recommend avoiding sunbathing or exposure to intense sunlight immediately after applying the moisturising cream.
