Add items to the shopping cart by clicking the “Add to cart” button. You can check the prices and the total cost of your order in the shopping cart. To submit your order, add the items to the shopping cart, confirm your order, and make the payment.

Make sure you choose your country’s bank options from the dropdown menu in the check-out.

The item(s) will leave our production facility within 5 working days unless stated otherwise. We will usually post products on the same day. In Estonia, you will receive them the next day or the day after.

Shipping to a parcel machine in Estonia is FREE for all purchases exceeding 39 €.

We will add a transportation fee to purchases under 39 €. The amount depends on the parcel machine chosen by the customer. There may be exceptions, for example, high-discount campaigns in our online store or at our partners. If a shipping fee is added, it will be displayed at the time of purchase.

During extreme weather conditions, please choose Itella parcel machines indoors to ensure safety of our delicate products. In case Itella service has not been selected for transport, Perfect Cosmetics OÜ will not be responsible for frozen products.

All items are subject to the warranty and return policy following the law of the Republic of Estonia.

You have the right to return the items purchased from our online store within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receiving the product. Returned items must not be used оr damaged and must have original unopened packaging. Perfect Cosmetics OÜ will make a refund to the customer within three (3) calendar days after receiving the returned product.

Cosmetic products with damaged packaging are not accepted for refund. When the goods are returned, the buyer (customer) is responsible for covering the shipping costs.

Perfect Cosmetics OÜ guarantees that the personal data of the online store users is confidential. Perfect Cosmetics OÜ does not sell/forward/mediate user identity and contact information to third parties, except in the case of specific arrangements (announcing campaign winners, etc.).

Using the content of the website luminordic.com is only allowed if there is a specific agreement with the owner of the web page and the material used is accompanied by a direct link to www.luminordic.com.
